Sauteed Troutt

Take a cleaned 8oz. Trout, slightly moisten
with water, and coat it inside and out with a mixture of wheat (or white)
and corn flour, lightly season with salt and pepper. Sauté on medium
heat (350°) in 2 tbsp. butter or butter and oil for 5 minutes on each
side. Remove and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
For a different variation try adding parsley and finely chopped onion
slices into the body cavity and saute. Enjoy!
