Terriyaki Trout
4 Servings
Ingredients:
4 whole trout (about 2 pounds)
cup LAWRY'S® Terriyaki Marinade with Pinapple juice
½ cup sliced green onions
2 medium lemons, sliced
chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Pierce skin of trout several times with a fork. Brush the inside and outside
of each trout with terriyaki marinade with pineapple juice; stuff with
green onions and lemon slices. Place in a shallow glass dish. Pour all
but ¼ cup terriyaki marinade with pinapple juice over the trout; cover
dish. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Heat grill. Remove
trout from marinade, reserve marinade. place trout in oiled hinged wire
grill basket; brush with reserved marinade. Grill for 10 minutes or until
trout flakes easily with a fork, turning and brushing occasionally with
reserved ¼ cup terriyaki marinade with pineapple juice. Sprinkle with
parsley, if desired. |
